Beyond her professional success, Janeva is a full-spectrum community doula and an unwavering advocate for reproductive justice and Black maternal health. Her passion for empowering women and addressing systemic inequities reflects her commitment to building communities where every voice is heard and valued.

Janeva’s career journey, which began in social work, has uniquely positioned her to lead with empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of human connection.
