The Creators' Table: An Artist & Creative Entrepreneur Series

The Creators' Table: An Artist & Creative Entrepreneur Series is a new program of the Madam Walker Legacy Center, in partnership with EMBOSS®, designed to support and uplift Black-owned businesses through both financial investment and strategic development.

Each year, the program provides selected entrepreneurs with access to startup grants and loan funding to help launch, stabilize, and grow their ventures.

In addition to capital, The Creators' Table offers a structured series of workshops for artists and creative entrepreneurs, equipping participants with the tools needed to build sustainable businesses. Participants receive guidance in key areas such as marketing, branding, and digital identity — including logo and website design, content creation, and targeted advertising strategies.

By combining funding with hands-on business development support, The Creators' Table empowers Black creatives and entrepreneurs not only to start their businesses, but to scale, compete, and thrive in today’s marketplace.
