If you’ve attended before, you already know—our speakers bring authenticity, wisdom, and heart. With nothing more than the prompt to share their journey and the lessons they’ve learned, each one offers a unique, vulnerable perspective you won’t forget.

We are honored to announce Bria Goss as a featured speaker at Boss Babe Brunch 2025, taking place on Sunday, June 1st, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the iconic Madam Walker Legacy Center.

Bria Goss is a former professional basketball player and proud Indianapolis native whose journey exemplifies strength, grace, and resilience. A standout at Ben Davis High School, Bria made history on and off the court—earning the title of 2011 Indiana Miss Basketball, winning two state championships, and finishing her high school career with an astonishing 105–3 record. Her talent and leadership caught national attention, leading to honors as a McDonald’s All-American, WBCA All-American, and Gatorade Player of the Year.

Bria went on to play at the University of Kentucky, where she became a cornerstone of the Wildcats’ women’s basketball program. Over her four-year career, she racked up 1,318 points and earned All-SEC recognition—not just for her offensive contributions but for her standout defense and undeniable leadership. Off the court, Bria embodied service, participating in community outreach and a mission trip to Ethiopia, which earned her a nomination for the WBCA Allstate Good Works Team.

Her post-college path was met with unexpected challenges. After going undrafted in the 2015 WNBA Draft, Bria took her talents overseas, playing professionally in countries including Finland, Israel, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, and Poland. During this time, she also faced one of life’s biggest battles: a cancer diagnosis. With the unwavering support of her family and faith, Bria not only fought through the diagnosis but has been in remission since 2017. Her story is a testament to perseverance and the power of inner strength.

In 2019, Bria returned home and joined the Indiana Fever’s training camp, continuing to demonstrate her unshakable determination and love for the game.

Bria’s journey—from high school champion and collegiate standout to globe-trotting pro athlete and cancer survivor—is nothing short of remarkable. Her story inspires us to keep going, no matter the obstacle, and to lead with both passion and purpose.

At Boss Babe Brunch 2025, attendees can expect to hear from a woman who knows what it means to battle the odds and come out stronger. Bria’s message will resonate with anyone who has ever faced a detour on the road to their dreams.

Boss Babe Brunch is all about celebrating the journeys of bold, brilliant women—and Bria Goss embodies exactly that. Join us for a day of connection, celebration, and inspiration you won’t forget.
