Guadalupe Pimentel Solano Joins EMBOSS Signature Brunch as 2026 Featured Speaker

We’re excited to welcome Guadalupe Pimentel Solano as a featured speaker for the EMBOSS Signature Brunch!

Born in Veracruz, Mexico and a proud Indianapolis resident since 1999, Guadalupe has dedicated her career to community outreach, organizing, advocacy, and creating systems-level change. Today, she serves as Program Director for the Herbert Simon Family Foundation, where she continues building spaces created by and for the community.

Before entering philanthropy, Guadalupe played a key role in grassroots organizing and civic engagement, including serving as Outreach Director for J.D. Ford’s State Senate campaign, where she helped mobilize Latine voters and lead outreach efforts that contributed to a historic win. During her time at the Indianapolis Foundation, she launched the Indianapolis Immigrant Legal Services Fund, co-led the Community Ambassador Program, and worked to ensure BIPOC-led organizations had greater access to resources and funding.

Guadalupe is also a proud co-founder of the Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance and Latine in Philanthropy, helping build networks and opportunities for communities across Indiana. Her work is rooted in one belief: real change happens through community building, grassroots organizing, and creating pathways for others to step into their power.

Join us for an inspiring afternoon as Guadalupe Pimentel Solano and other featured speakers take the stage to authentically share their stories, the wins, the challenges, and the lessons over time, at the EMBOSS Signature Brunch.
