We’re excited to welcome Jenny Boyts as a featured speaker for the EMBOSS Signature Brunch!
Jenny Boyts (she/her) is a Texas native and proud Indy resident who has spent more than 15 years attempting to turn ideas into impact. Her work sits at the intersection of people, place, and systems change — building partnerships across sectors to reimagine what is possible for communities, and the people who call them.
Currently serving as the Executive Director of The Parks Alliance of Indianapolis, Jenny envisions an identity for Indianapolis where parks, trails, waterways, and shared public spaces are built, cared for, and fully funded. Where these spaces are recognized not just as passive amenities, but as essential civic infrastructure that drives connection, builds community, sparks joy, creates identity, and, most importantly, are worthy of investment.
Previously, as the CEO of Forty5 Presents, a locally owned live music production company that owns and operates iconic live music venues like The Vogue Theatre and Rock the Ruins. Under her leadership, Forty5 grew its venue portfolio by launching new venues like Turntable in Broad Ripple and leveraging partnerships and live music to build community and spark conversation with events like Indy Pride and I Made Rock n Roll, in partnership with GANGGANG.
Whether leading public-private partnerships, advancing equitable access to parks and public spaces, or leveraging arts and culture as an engine for economic growth, Jenny is fueled by one core belief: relationships – not just revenue – are the most powerful currency in driving lasting transformational change.
