India Brown Joins EMBOSS Signature Brunch as 2026 Featured Speaker

We are excited to announce that India M. Brown, MBA, PMP, CEO and owner of PMPHASE, will be a featured speaker at the EMBOSS Signature Brunch on Sunday, June 7th, from 12–4 PM at VisionLoft!

India is a dynamic entrepreneur, business strategist, and visionary leader with over 30 years of experience guiding organizations through complex initiatives, strategic project execution, change management, and IT software implementation. As the founder of PMPHASE, she has built a legacy of helping organizations achieve success while staying ahead of the curve in an ever-changing business landscape.

Beyond her entrepreneurial accomplishments, India is a passionate advocate for mentorship, equity, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Board Chair for Pass the Torch for Women, Board Chair of the S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute, and Director of Entrepreneurship for the National Black MBA Association – Indianapolis Chapter. She is also a proud member of NAWBO, championing women entrepreneurs nationwide.

India is the author of Let’s Check In On You!, a 31-day affirmation and self-assessment workbook designed to help individuals explore emotional wellness, set intentions, and stay grounded in purpose. Her work—both in the boardroom and the community—reflects her unwavering commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

Her leadership and impact have been widely recognized. In 2023, she received the Rising Stars Award for her achievements as a business owner and was nominated for a Mentorship Award in 2024. She has been featured in the Indianapolis Business Journal and Indiana Minority Business Journal for her thought leadership in minority business development.
